Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for Anxiety Outpatient

This program meets over a 12 week period for 90 minute group sessions to better understand and learn how to manage and recover from anxiety. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is the most widely-used therapy for anxiety disorders. Research has shown it to be effective in the treatment of panic disorder, phobias, social anxiety disorder, and generalized anxiety disorder, among many other conditions. This program will provide you with the opportunity to challenge negative thinking patterns that contribute to anxiety, replacing them with more positive, realistic thoughts.
