Trillium Health Partners Connects With Over 16,000 Community Members at Telephone Town Hall
On November 14, 2017, 16,000 people joined our sixth annual community Telephone Town Hall event as part of our ongoing engagement with the community - the most callers we’ve had to date!
THP President and CEO Michelle DiEmanuele, joined by senior leaders of the hospital, updated the community on the progress the hospital has made since our last telephone town hall and took questions from community members.

As always, we asked live polling questions during the call, giving us an understanding of how we can better keep our community informed. For example, 61.5% of respondents said they were aware of the unprecedented demand for services THP faces – this awareness is increasing year over year, indicating that we’re moving in the right direction, but there’s more we can do to share our story.
