INFORMATION FOR VACCINE BOOKING

COVID-19 Vaccinations at Credit Valley Hospital’s Valley House:

THP is administering first, second and third doses of the COVID-19 vaccine to the following groups:

• First doses: Individuals 12 years and older
• Second Doses: Individuals 12 years and older AND received their first dose at least 8 weeks ago (as recommended by the Ontario Ministry of Health)
• Third Doses: Individuals 12 years and older (must be 12 on the day of vaccination). Individuals 12-17 must have received their second dose 6 months (168 days) ago, while individuals 18+ must have received their second dose at least three months (84 days) ago

Please note: THP’s COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic is not administering first or second doses for children ages 5-11 years of age. To book an appointment, please visit Ontario’s vaccine booking system.

THP’s clinic is open from Friday to Monday each week, and closed every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Walk-ins available from Friday to Monday between 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. or book an appointment here if you are 12 years and older and eligible for a first, second or third COVID-19 vaccine dose. THP’s COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic is closed every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
