The Women's Reproductive Mental Health Program at Trillium Health Partners provides assessment, consultation and treatment for women experiencing emotional or mental health issues during pregnancy or afterwards. If this is happening to you, you are not alone—10-15% of women experience pregnancy-related mood disorders, and one in five mothers will experience depression and/or anxiety after giving birth. If you are experiencing any of these issues, we are here to help.
Our goal is to ensure effective and efficient treatment for women affected by perinatal mood disorders to improve the quality of life for them and their families.
We offer a comprehensive inter-professional team including a Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Nurse and Social worker.

This questionnaire was prepared by the Women’s Reproductive Mental Health Program to help women self assess their risk for depression during pregnancy or postpartum so they can discuss their concerns with their Family Doctor, Obstetrician and/or Pediatrician to get a referral to the program.
