Trillium Health Partners will be conducting virtual interviews for permanent full time and part time Clinical Resource Team nursing positions across all sites.

Nurses, including those currently residing outside of Ontario, and interested in working with our Clinical Resource Team are welcome to to pre-register for this event by applying to this posting no later than Wednesday, January 17, 2024.

Qualified candidates (registered in good standing and/or eligible to become registered with the CNO) will be invited to participate in the virtual interviews.

What is the Clinical Resource Team?

Reporting to the Manager, Clinical Resource Team (CRT), the selected candidates of the CRT will provide clinical expertise and act as team members while they work across a variety of units and sites.

Being highly visible and an essential component of the interdisciplinary team, the CRT staff will have the opportunity to build relationships, while acquiring additional clinical experience. If you’re seeking variety in your nursing practice this is an opportunity for you.

Meet the CRT Team​

​What qualifications do I need to have?

  • Graduate of a recognized College or School of Nursing
  • Baccalaureate degree (Preferred)
  • Registered in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) or currently meet the eligibility criteria to register in good standing in the Temporary Class or General Class with the CNO
  • Current B.L.S.
  • A minimum two years medicine experience
  • Reliable and flexible individual who is willing to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team environment
  • Must have effective interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem solving skills
  • All shift availability
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development
  • Patient assessment course (Preferred)
  • Satisfactory attendance and performance record required
