THP is Mask Friendly – March 20, 2024
Effective Wednesday, March 20, 2024, THP is mask friendly. For patients and visitors, masking will be encouraged and recommended but is no longer mandatory.
THP supports a mask-friendly environment, and masks will continue to be available at all hospital entrances. We understand masking is a personal choice, and we encourage you to continue masking if it makes you feel most comfortable.
Before visiting the hospital, please self-monitor for respiratory symptoms. If you are experiencing respiratory symptoms and can tolerate wearing a mask, please do so. Everyone is encouraged to wear a mask while in busy waiting rooms and emergency departments.
THP continues to monitor respiratory illness in our hospitals and communities and will make changes to masking policies as needed.
