As a caregiver, it is important to look after your own health and ensure that you can recognize signs of burnout or when you are feeling overwhelmed and understand methods to manage your own needs.

  • Caregiver Exchange offers fresh, helpful insights to caregivers each week. It provides a search tool that can be used to find relevant support services in communities across Ontario.
  • Big White Wall is an online mental health and wellbeing service offering self-help programs to manage everyday stressors or major life events, creative outlets and a community that cares.
